How do you have 201 stars?

You first do all the normal stars normally and get all comet medals and then beat all the comet stars. Beat Bowser (the final one) again and you will see an ending telling you about green stars. Get the green stars (mostly easy) and then it will unlock a very hard level. Haven't gotten the final one myself.
