i saw a documentary 5 years ago, and it was about testing nuclear explosions in the ocean. a military general explained that the testing got out of hand, "like a bunch of kids lighting off firecrackers that were too big in a tree fort"....they backed off the operation. It seems that areas of mass population could be targeted. 4 months after i saw that documentary, the big tsunami hit new orleans, i even wrote a song about it.

2. A hurricane hit New Orleans

3. No under-water nuclear testing has been done in 50 years.

4. No testing was done in the gulf of Mexico
