i put the motor off of one of these 1970 on my gocart but it didnt run long found out the old heads get weak and the pressure of the valve springs pulls the valve seat up into the heads. found 4 heads and all of them were the same way well one one wasnt untill i ran it for two days. so i scraped it and looking for a newer motor.
You can tell by the sound of the engine that it is running on 1 cylinder...Interesting the mechanic did not mention that to me ever, paid $700 to get the bike running and some mods(updates). This must be a snappy bike when running right, only a 175cc though.

Nice bike. I have a '71, and yours is in much nicer shape, you just need to get the other cylinder firing. This is the 2nd one I've seen here on Youtube that's running on only one cylinder. These are a snappy little bike when running right (and sound very different!)

I have the exact bike but its a '73 and its the CD version, absolutley love it. Too bad they dont make bikes like these anymore.
