That I can play! Only a few more years of practise, and I'll do a cover!

  • Click track in the Ear Monitors might explain it. Although I find it amazing that he can play the exact thing he tracked in the studio

  • These videos are amazing, you totally need to do more of these....Chris Adler is a beast and to see how well his timing and precision is, is awesome!!!

  • Who is so stupid that voted against this video???

  • I think he is amazing. All too often, you see drummers who cant reproduce the same rhythms played live that they laid down in a studio. But Chris can do it spot on. Awesome.

  • I can't do this he's too good

  • I was watching killadelphia and he had a soundbite for when he does "ruin" and the way he hits triples with those long pedals heel to toe fast as shit blows my mind

  • Holy shit! I didnt read the title and i seriously though this was a live capture from his drum mics!

  • i love the snare hit at like :39

  • @DRUMALLICA Wait wait.. you talked to Chris Adler? THE Chris Adler God of Drums?

  • Who cares what he has in his ears. There's a reason he's the drummer of Lamb of God and you're not.

  • @DRUMALLICA interesting,,,,,,, in one interview he said that he doesn´t use a metronome during live performance. I did a drum cover of Reclamation so if you like check it out.

  • Wait, this is his live drum cam synced with the studio track??

  • i love Chris even tho he almost never improvises live which this video proves :).

    like a robot!

  • This guy is soo sick :D

I love to play his beats!!!

  • Great, now my keyboard is all sticky.

  • This is a live video combined with studio version -.-

But it's cool to watch \m/

  • did you have to speed up the track or the video to match it up? or is it at the same tempo?

  • @XDrUmErBoY512X same i think if it were someone like dave lombardo you would have to speed it up

  • Chris Adler is my hero

  • @BennyandtheDRUMMER

The point of this video is to allow people to watch him play this great song with good sound quality especially compared to the original video, it also shows people how spot on chris adlers timing is because it was the exact same timing as the studio recording which i find amazing! This video would also help some people learn the song as they can clearly hear and see what is being played.

  • @DRUMALLICA i couldnt agree more with you, some people dont think XD

  • @DRUMALLICA His timing is spot on because he is either listening to a metronome or the studio version. look in his ears, you can see the musician's ear buds and a cord coming out. :)

  • @pballer225 that would be the wonders of in ear monitors :)

  • @pballer225 not necessarily, he may just be hooked up to his guitars and singer with reduced sound so he can hear exactly wat theyre doin

  • @pballer225 They're in ear monitors that are used so you can hear your other band members, if you were actually playing on a large stage like that, you would only be able to hear yourself, but the in ear monitors have a mix of the entire band... some bands use a click track, lamb of god don't. Listen to other live songs and they are usually slightly faster than the studio version.

  • Speaks volumes for his talent that the live cam syncs up so flawlessly with the album track.

  • @SpartanCarver your def right on this one.

  • Chris Adler is AWESOME... I LOVE THIS SONG!

  • To all of those metal skeptics who say that metal drummers rush or can't keep time as well as "normal drummers", watch this video. Your mind will be blown.

  • @letsago0 to all skeptics um thanx for thinkin we cant keep time as well it makes our job funner

  • @letsago0 Well said, i decided to make this comment the video description :)

  • @letsago0 not to bash on him, cause i love him, and he's and awesome drummer, but hes playing to a click

  • that splash is really bent!

  • nice work by putting the original audio and the live video together.

  • just the best

  • he smile

  • I love this drum track so much. the chorus drum part is so heavy and has an element of tribal drumming in it with the heavy tom work

  • Respond to this video... so damn good i can listen to him play all day and im a big fan of LOG im giving a thumbs up and adding this to my favorites

  • sickness man!

do you know where can i find the original vid.?

  • Is there any way you could upload the priginal video with live audio?

I can't find the original on here.

  • where did you get this footage? I've never seen it before

  • @SpartanCarver Got this off the congregation. It was the only video on the site that wasnt on youtube so i added the the drum track to it :)

  • @DRUMALLICA : Oh nice, what other songs do they have drum cams for? Is there any where I can find it with the original live drum track?

  • @SpartanCarver Well all the videos on the congregation have been leaked to youtube so what ever you can find on here i suppose.

  • This is sooo badass!!

  • agree with waldohides
