lol yea dude, you should take a road trip to somewhere at a lower altitude and see how nice is is...my buddies 01 camaro, only mods are full exhaust and a mild cam...11.9@116 in new hampshire...so im sure you will be very happy with the results somewhere a little closer to sea level haha

im thinking if u put better heads on there ud increase your numbers a lot, 11.90s with a 402 and a big cam like what u have on bigs and littles should be low 11s or high 10s......seems like your shifting fine and launching okay, so it must be the heads

nice to see someone taking care of their ta, where i live mines the only one thats kept up; same year and color as yours. except with blacked out tail lights, pink trans am decal on the windshield, all pink interior lights (yes, i'm a girl), full flowmaster exhaust, and a procharger. it ran a low 12 at the track but now i'm thinking about the 402 stroker, very nice. how much did it cost to put in?

N/A cars take a solid hit around here...most actually were surprised by my times.

Goal is ideally 11.59....

I never expected it to hit 11's to be honest. Not at this altitude anyways.

For that matter, didn't expect 500+ at the wheels (corrected of course) on the dyno either.

Cam is a 248/254 62x on a 113.

Heads are Patriot LS6 stage 3's milled a bit.

Actual power on the dyno (500 feet lower than the track) was 443RWHP.

SAE corrected to 531RWHP.

Less air = less power.

The air is much thicker at sea level, the higher up you go, the thinner the air.

The agencies help sponsor the "Take it to the Track" nights...so they are down there. Normally pretty good to talk to as well if you have any questions about traffic law. :)
