I held a knife to my heart, and I looked up at the wall and saw my poster of MCR and I could hear Gerard's voice in my head saying "If you think you're alone or messed up, just remember we're messed up too, and we love you." I put the knife down, and called my therapist and told her I was going to be fine, because Gerard said I could do it.
