I wonder if Noynoy can deliver speech and as knowledgeable as Gloria Macapagal such as this. He might just duck his head not say at all. My dog ate my paper.

agree pro for me s tingin ko d p sia ready...im not against him but i think he cant still handle a position as big as that...lets see who will Fils vote..its their fault if something will happen again
