Hi i have actuallçy been to Turkey and met the people and when i studied in Europe there were a lot at the univ i was in too. Turkish people are very friendly people even though I am not european - i am tanned skin. I am disappointed that The Turkish nation seems to be conituing to be begging to join the euro union.

Hi i have actuallçy been to Turkey and met the people and when i studied in Europe there were a lot at the univ i was in too. Turkish people are very friendly people even though I am not european - i am tanned skin. I am disappointed that The Turkish nation seems to be conituing to be begging to join the euro union.
It was ok to apply but once the EU took so long to approve Turks should have said "thanks and no thanks ... we withdraw the application" !. But they seem to continue to try ?

Well, the history is vague but I don't think the Ottoman rule was generous to the Arabs as the empire got weaker which I believe why the British were able to turn the Arabs against the Turks. The British screwed the Arabs afterward and established Israel anyway.

Eastern side of turkey does have females that are treated unequal and beaten up by their husbants but those are mainly kurdish people and plus turkey is more cultural and stricked compared to western europe but turkey can be compared to eastern european countries

Ur argument was about equal rights in turkey and my answer to u ıs turkey is democratic and thats all I need to say so stop involving the indıviduals. let me give u an example drug use in england is againts the law but 80% of teenagers in england has smoked marıjuanna and this rate is alot higher than turkey so does this mean england is a nation that allows drug use so they are a bad nation? Next time sit down and think before u create an argument, I have learnt this in my University ;)
