Sounds more like Acadian/Quebecois music around the maritime region (News Brunswick and Nova Scotia), not Cajun. Listen to music from this area and you'll agree.
Actually, the language is Cajun. It is a language developed in Louisiana by French Canadian exiles. The language is mixed with African languages, English and just about everything else. Louisiana is a real "gumbo" in language, music and food. See a movie called "Shiltze gets the Blues."
Excellent playing monsier! I love the accordian as well,,I play german button accordian myself its a diffrent style but I still know skillfull playing when i see it,,I really enjoyed that piece. Keep up the great work --Matt Cheer's --
