@kiwiandpapayaqueens He's technically Damon Salvatore/Captian Planet, he said that Damon got in a fight with Captian Planet and tried to steal his outifit so that's why he's only got half of the costume on lol, he has a hand print on his face in blue face paint, where Captain Plante 'punched' him :)
