In Virginia if you would have showed you had that many people in your car and under 18 you would be in big trouble. The new dumb law states if you are 16 you can only have 1 teenager as a passenger and they have to be wearing their seat belt at all time. If you are 17 you can have 2 teenager passengers wearing seat belts at all time. If you get caught with more than the allowed teenagers in your car you get put on probation as well as your permit suspended for a period of time. Sucks I know.
