just so you know...i went on a healing diet about a year ago for an entire month-i couldn't eat grains such as corn, bread, cereal and whatever else could only eat berries and lost 10lbs in that month. obviously i worked out everyday and mostly ate salad and chicken plus the person who told me about the diet said it was better to drink whole milk bc it had the good fats that were easy to work off. just sayin that's just the way it was for me.

I thought that probably it's not a bad idea to tell you that all those cereals and snacks that you showed contain a lot o sugar! actually, tons of it :/ and if you want eat healthy so then my advise would be to eat much more fresh fruit and vegetables. also you can make your own healthy cereals by, for example, mixing different types of wheat cereals and adding some bananas, pommegranates, nuts or raisins if you like

b4 you go grocery shopping u should go through ur fridge and cabinets, and see what ur low on, and what u need to stock up on, and write it down on a list, and take a pen with you, so u can check off the things that u brought as u go through the store, it'll help you get everything,and u hopefully won't forget anything. it helps me and my grandma when we go shopping, altho i have a habit of ditching her in walmart kmart or meijers.
