My grandma made pasta without the food processor. By hand. I regret not asking her to show me how to do it in depth because she passed away three years ago. She was born in 1910 and lived through the depression, Boy could she cook. Being that she was 97 when she passed and didn't succumb to Alzheimers until age 93 or so there were no shortage of old dudes wanting to marry her. She had a plaque on the wall that said Lovin Don't Last...Cookin' Do. Too true.

yes you can. make it in advance and form it into little rectangles. When you're ready to use it defrost and roll it out.
