  • It's a 'public' office she holds and nothing is private. The public has a right to know everything and if the voting public (taxpayers) want to show up at their 'private' function they should be allowed, after all I'm pretty sure we are paying for it.

Thank god someone is standing up for Americans. I come from a long line of taxpaying workers who built this country. Americans are tired of losing our jobs, homes etc. We are weary, cold and hungry. GET RID OF THEM!

  • An investigation continues and Kelly Ayotte will face scrutiny as to whether she participated in and obstructed justice in a very big criminal case in which Law Enforcement committed several blatant crimes. Good luck Senator....

  • @itwerkspro Yep. I know they can make a lot of things go away, but it will be interesting to see if they can hide all of it. And on the lawsuit, she picked the venue so now we will air it out in Federal Court.

  • If it's a private party, how can the cops be the security?

  • @dale3858

They are probably hired detail, but their activities are still illegal as all get out.

Watch today's video, 2 October 2010 at my blog, brand new, for Round 3.

  • @dale3858 True that. They are not detail cops, and there is State Action.

This will be settled in the United States Supreme Court pursuant to NAACP v. Thompson, 648 F.Supp. 195 D.Md.,1986.

  • So what have you been able to do about this? Is it against the law to have you removed from that get together?

Does the ACLU really help people with corrupt cops and officials?

  • @dale3858 Nah, ACLU was too busy to do anything, so I sued them myself and things are getting very interesting, NH District Court 2010-CV-501 check my online journal.

  • For the ACLU (and you bone head Elephants short on memory): Note that the questions I ask Kelly here and at the Manchester rally are clearly related to important issues she addressed, or failed to address during her tenure as NH AG. I do not get right in her face and yell at her, I keep my voice level.

As such, I am carrying out a reasonable function of the press, not a heckler and my speech and activities deserve the highest level of Constitutional Protection.

    Duh.

  • And to spellbound:

Did you notice that the question I asked Kelly Ayotte directly involved her legal decision 5 years ago that the undocumented worker "trespass" law was Unconstitutional?

Silly me, trying to get her to answer about such a public policy question.

    Tool.

  • You are an idiot. If you REALLY wanted access to these people, you wouldn't have acted in such a confrontational manner. What you REALLY wanted was a confrontation, which YOU created by your manner. You COULD have done your side a service by reporting what was being said, but you decided to martyr yourself instead. Nice going, moron!

  • @spellboundxx25

Well idiots like you said the same damn thing in 2007 and I proved you WRONG, as noted on the blog in the Nashua School Board case, FACT.

Twice I asked Kelly Ayotte simple questions and she ignored me and had goons threaten to arrest me, even before I asked her a question in Manchester, so you are dead wrong.

If she hopes to be a serious candidate she has to learn to deal with the press asking uncomfortable questions, otherwise she's a country bumpkin just like you.

    Tool.

  • @KingCast65 Plus, have you ever won a First Amendment Criminal Defense case? Probably not, but I have won 3 myself and clerked 2 others. Google Cheryl Lessin, Michael Isreal and Jerry Doyle for starters.

You're getting hot under the collar because you know damn well Karen Thoman had no reason to touch my equipment and she was a rude gal, "none of your business when I asked her friggin' name, she is an OFFICER of the PARTY, you fool.

    You have been KingCasted.

  • @spellboundxx25

Lastly, Kelly Ayotte has a documented history of Right to Know violations as noted by legal authorities, and in point of fact under her watch the Right to Know Committee Report for 2006 didn't even issue.

Nice going, moron next time get your facts and law straight :)

  • @spellboundxx25 And lastly, in case you didn't notice, I was standing at the damn podium where Officer Hargreaves told me to stand, I left my camera there when Sandra Ziehm gave me a hug, I chatted with Jennifer Horn and THEN I was threatened with arrest as I waited for the show to start, you dumb ass.

I asked Kelly a question the same way I asked Joe Arpaio a question, at least he's polished enough to answer the question without running away or threatening arrest, or did you miss that part?

  • Great job!

  • @imyosoy Thank you! Stay tuned for more, much more throughout the election season. I'm editing today's Deval Patrick Rally with James Taylor today for Satty or Sunday delivery, 25-26 Sept., Peace.

  • fat joe is a nazi cunt.

  • @mitchgunthorpe Well I wouldn't use the C-word, but most feminists agree that a douchebag is a stupid, useless and unnecessary device because there are already useful and effective ways to maintain that area......

  • Iwish Arpio was my sherrif.

  • @ibilldavis Call him over to your house and let him run it, sounds like a winner to me.

  • @KingCast65 I would if he can be cloned.

  • @ibilldavis

Well it should be simple, they have been cloning rats for years, duh.

  • @KingCast65 Arpaio is one rat I would like to have as my sheriff.

  • Awesome video keep up the good work !

  • @immigrationmattersaz

Thanks, and oh yah, you can count on it, despite the opinion of phineasbuster.... whose channel indicates no real camerawork, editing, or cajones.

  • It looks like the only person who watched your video and cared to comment, was you. Honestly, I'm surprised this video got 300+ views at 12 mins. long with no thread of continuity. I hope this constructive criticism will help. Good luck in the future.

  • @phineastbuster

Oh, there are plenty of other comments that came my way via email and I have a short version as well.

"A GOP hausfrau whacks his camera with a pamphlet; some Republican crone orders him out of the building; and the local cops force him to amscray under threat of arrest, even though he's credentialed and there are plenty of other media types there. The video's a tad long at 12 minutes-plus, but worth every second."

Phoenix New Times, and we're now working together.

  • @phineastbuster

No thread of continuity? With the exception of the quick aside to what Kelly Ayotte did 2 weeks ago -- which is definitely relevant, the movie flows quite well, documents what happened in sequential order, with my interview by a Union Leader reporter at the end.

    Peace.

  • @phineastbuster

    PS:

Kelly Ayotte dodges questions about Casey Sherman movie, "Bad Blood"

    --700 views at 11:23

    When it's good, it's good.

  • @phineastbuster Well my friend, a day later and 545 now and over 800 for the Ayotte/Manchester video, without benefit of college interns pumping up the volume. And there will be many, many more as time goes on. But thanks for the um, constructive criticism.

  • 7:31p -- 12 Sept. still 304 views, I know for fact that folks at New England News and Press (NENPA) are reviewing this matter, and many others I just gave the link to in the past day told me they watched it. Very interesting, this particular hitch.

  • 2:15p and still 304 views, doubtful.

  • Still at 304 views a full day later, complete horse pucky.

  • Been stuck at 304 views again for hours. This happened with the other Kelly Ayotte video in Manchester where she threatened me with arrest as well.

Andway, there is some issue with YouTube that chat boards often discuss, and it is the fact that the hits often get hung up at 302-304.

    Very odd.

  • And if I had struck someone else's camera in the exact same manner they would have had my ass up underneath the jail. I will be discussing this and filing a complaint with the Nashua Police Department shortly.

  • And I just got off the phone with NENPA.

This was not a private event, I asked and their were tickets available to the public. I should have been allowed to purchase one.

  • Three observations:

Even if I don't have a legal Cause of Action (and I'm not sure that I don't), the cops ignored that hater who struck my camera and went after me at the behest of another hater. I have telephoned Police Chief Conley on this and I expect to sit down with him and discuss it.

Also, the Latino brother clearly knows I was singled out and it was unfair. you can see it all over his face.

Lastly, Kelly Ayotte is not Senate material. It will be a sad day.....
