A staff of 300 -mostly english speaking- students are in charge of this Public Relation campaign and thus all the comments you see on YouTube for example are coming from this special task force. The chinese will never stop from surpring us....
Same situation in USA, when a battle happened in AL Najaf, you military killed more than 10000 local citizen, where were you media at that time? Thirdly, you media are double-faced. When I was in Toronto, I joined peaceful protest - one china one family. CBC selected interviewee who are again China on the news, I was also interviewed and "boycotted" in the news.
Unbelievable? OK, I are telling you now, about 2 years ago, The opposite parties proposed to withdraw this troops from Afghanistan over over a 2-year period,Canada government refused to set a date for the pullout to start. So when the remains of dead soldiers from Afghanistan carried back, no any media permitted to report this issue at Airport.
When I came to Canada 4 years ago, my daughter's seven years old classmate from Afghanistan told me that she hated U.S.A.because she thought her hometown was destroyed by U.S.A. Now you know what you countries did to the world. Why not boycott your government? Secondly, you media are controlled by your government. It is reason that you can not boycott your government.
Same with CNN and CBC, more than half of people in the world have broad consensus that U.S.A play negative part in world issues; The U.S.A and British Government are cheating and lying to all world people based on what they did in IRAQ and Afghanistan.
However, I know the reasons why you media are always subjectively critisizng China.First of all, you media are keeping trying to make a loud "noise" which can divert your native attention, for example, CBC keep criticizing China on human right to attract public concerns and hide human rights problems on aborigines who kept protesting for many years in Canada.
They are subjective when talking about china.Like human being itself, No country is perfect all over the world, why some western media like CBC,CNN, BBC always love selecting and picking negative aspects about China? Do you think it is fair to China? Please thinking before speaking? Always same kind of stereotype stories, not boring?
