He is corrupt. He had decided a DUI ( person found guilty) where as a West Shore Reg cop had pulled someone over, however it was illegally done. Another case where he somehow had his head up someone's butt and I ended up getting exhorted money out of a house deed that was whited out(my deed and screwed) and different names typed over top. I was ripped off of over approx.$60,000.

Yes Judge Bayley is a crook. A donkey. My former father-in -law that was psychopath (WHEN HE WAS ALIVE) by definition, sued me in court after whiting out my deed to my propery. The lawyer I had was worthless and I ended up buying the house again, but this time from the former father in law. I was ripped off of alot of money, thanks to retard Bayley. The former father in law waited until his wife passed to carry out his plan. It is hard for me to believe that he is still around(a judge).
