1: A prank where your tricked into watching Rick Astley. Kind of like still images, screamers, and other redirect/video pranks.

2: Listening to a song from a meme. Not sure how this came to be, loosely associated with spam.

3: SPAM.  This definition common on Youtube, but nowhere else. Basically, it's as POLITI8990 puts it. Something that isn't related to Rickroll, but spammers relate it to Rickroll anyways.

Rickrolling is a bait and switch. Someone links you to a video telling you it's one thing, but when you open it, it's just a video of Rick Astley performing "Never Gonna Give You Up". It evolved from "duckrolling" on 4chan, where someone would post a thread with a tempting thumbnail, but when you click, it's a picture of a duck on wheels.

And whether you wanted to or not, now you know. =D
