Like I say, why must it be a current phone? If Time Travel is possible, it uses technology we don't have access too. Similarly, such technology could have access to a multi dimensional/time period contract, mind you' I'd only use pay as you go.

Do you watch Dr Who? The Doctor has such a mobile phone, so the idea isn't so strange. I think he's on a Time Lord contract though. His mobile gets updated every time there's a new Big Bang ;)

Not that I'm saying this is evidence of Time Travel but it doesn't take a great leap of imagination to consider if this person had access to such technology, couldn't they also have access to an analog of a mobile phone, perhaps one more sophisticated than the ones currently in use???
