With a voice like that, you should be in Phantom of the Opera :) or Love Never Dies. Your voice is fantastic :) Although I bet those fangs weren't exactly comfortable to sing with, or act with but you don't show it if they were. Frankly blows vampire romances like Twilight out of the water. I like my vamps fanged and photoallergenic, not sparkly, and may I say you make quite a hot vampire ;D
Hello, you did this very well, and I love the emotion! Do you plan on posting the whole thing including just the acting scenes? Also, may I ask, why is Harker sitting there like a statue? I was just curious, again, an amazing performance!
@Ravengirl1011 Hi Ravengirl! I sure will if you would like to see the scenes! As soon as I get it , Ill put it up. Also, in the script, Dracula comes into the house for Mina, sees Johnathan, and "glamours" (mesmerizes) him. So the actor that played the part of Johnathan, had to sit there frozen while we did the ENTIRE SCENE! My hat is certainly off to him :)
@cigarsnmartinis The -entire time-? Wow... now -that's- dedication! lol
If ever there was a role I'd want to play it would definitely be Dracula. I love the music and I am a great fan of the book... I must of read it at least 3-4 times over! When I have had my singing lessons I am definitely recommending this show to the amateur dramatics group I am a part of! =D
@Aveiraslover You're welcome! thanks so much for checking them out! Appreciated! I played Dracula in this show which is why I have the clips. There should be a full version of it out and about soon!
I am a diehard fan of Jekyll & Hyde for over a year now, as well as other gothic theatre like Sweeney Todd, I've been aware of this musical but I've just been avoiding it because of this thing I have with blood. But today I just decided to watch this and I'm loving it! I especially love how you can pick out some melodies and phrases from J&H lodged in here <3 It may be the first time I've seen/heard this song but it's awesome :D
This is AWESOME! As a friendly suggestion *ominous music* could you please post "Life After Life" and "It's Over"? There aren't enough English versions of it and this cast sounds fantastic! Should also be interesting to see how the flying works.
Wow! Really nice. It's so cool to see the revised version in English. I can see "It's Over" starting at the end....epic. Does Dracula fly in your production?
@cigarsnmartinis Really?! You're Dracula....and you fly! I've only seen them flying in the Broadway production! Oh, If only I could have seen this show! You, my friend, have a great voice. :D Could you post 'Fresh Blood' when you get it? I'm dying to see how you staged that!
@DraculaHyde Hi DraculaHyde! THANKYOU!!! You just made my day :D Yes, absolutely on Fresh Blood! Hopefully should be seeing that today or tomorrow! I will send you a note when it posts! I have no IDEA how it looks on video with the flying, but if you want to see some pictures, there is a complete photo album at draculathemusical "dot net" photos page, then click the hyperlink (wont let me post here!)
I don't know the name of the dude playing Dracula but he is really cute

I have to say out of all the songs, this is my absolute FAVORITE! It's dark, and romantic and mysterious.

@DraculaHyde Hithere DracHyde! Thanks for the compliment! Yes, we sure do fly!!
"Its' over" came out really neat with the fly-rigging! I am playing Dracula and can tell you, that rig is UNCOMFORTABLE !
Im wearing it right now in this scene, because the "Seduction" runs right into "It's Over" as you well know.
After the first few lines, they hook the wires, and off we go!
So glad you enjoy the clips! As I get more this week I will post them! :D
