@feargaire probably "Hunger Strike"....in my opinion grunge's meaning is all in that song and video: love and friendship between the bands....they were at the top of the world and still able to help each other, no envy (stupid metal bands still have to learn this)....love for the music with a strong will to write something significant and expressive...a sense of guilt for "making it"....and they carried out that 70's mentality..like Zeppelin: protect the music from trifling things

My God I was so in love with this soundtrack and movie. I actually went out and bought it on vhs after I rented it so many times back in the day. This was like the springboard for me finding out about counterculture. I will forever owe a debt. One of my favorite songs too!

I can recall owning the Singles soundtrack in the late 1990's, this song was my favourite song on the album...it has a real "Seattle sound" to it, I can't explain how exactly (even though I know PW ain't from WA)
