This video is manipulated, look behind that Heath is a dark door frame (from 0:24 to 0:32) in 0:33 the door becomes a black box with white frame (precisely where a person with white shirt are consuming cocaine, and obviously he isn't Heath, because he is dressed in black).
So it is obvious that the video is rigged, there are two different scenarios, tried to mimic the space where Heath did it and not very successfully ...

i've seen the whole video and he doesn't do any drugs on it... second in the DODGY EDITED preview they only show heath saying: i USED to smoke five joints a day for 2 years but cut the part when he says:
"and that's why i got this tattoo (an m, for daughter matilda) to remind me never to smoke weed again." JUST LET HIM REST IN PEACE FOR GOD'S SAKE!

The media just wants to stir up a story to sell magazines and get a head count for their show. They were harsh enough to actually BUY the clip. They've downgraded themselves because of it. Heath isn't here to defend himself, how low can they stoop. And yes, they sure did cut out that part of him talking about his tattoo and his daughter. Damn INSIDER! RIP Heath...
