It depends which British accent you do. In my opinion, as a Scottish person, I'd say the Welsh is the hardest to master.

I really like how people in this still think a "british" accent exists. That would imply that EVERY SINGLE REGIONAL accent in Scotland, Wales and England is one. There are over 100 accents in England ALONE. It's just so ignorant when it's so far away from the truth.

british accent is really  beautiful ...maybe a little bit harder to understand for non-native speaker (you just need to listen more carefully )...maybe american accent is easier to understand because most of the movies and music is in american english ..so we are used to it .... whatever...both are NICE and you can understand both if you want !so stop it
