@Ki42shiN001 Yeah. Although technically it is supposed to be a customized VF-1A. But you're right, Yamato used the same VF-1D from Episode 1 to produce the "Virgin Road" Valk.
Great video. Sigh, I might get it just for the max & milia bridal figures. I will unplug that head and put in Max's VF-1A head instead to be anime accurate :)
I haven't noticed this one is 1D until seeing this video ...
But on the second thought, no wonder... it's a two-seater plane
The same as the orange-coloured one which saved Minmay in the tv show

I love that Yamato is releasing all these variants that never saw the light of day in 1/48th scale.
This is TRUELY the golden age of Macross collecting. We've never had it this good.

It really is! These Valks are beautiful indeed! I'm glad Yamato went all the way with this new 1/60 line of Valks! Yamato Rules!!!

Thanks. This is actually the shortest clip I have so far (there aren't many decent-resolution pictures of this figure out yet).
I think the head swapping ideas is great. For some reason I didn't think of that... =D
