Have a question does you m151 get to much gas and flood out? Becouse mine does and me and my dad tried fixing it and can't get it right

I have a question. I have a m151 a1 and my carb. Is so screwed up. It seem like it gets to much gas and smoke bad becouse of it. I even tried setting the float but don't think it seemed to work. My dad and me have been trying to get it running right.
