It should be turned the other way so that the shutter button is on top, and you use your right hand over the camera to press the button, while the left hand is below the camera holding the lens. Not only you achieve better grip, your left arm, the one holding the lens, can rest on your body. This guy is resting the camera on the arm that presses the button, that causes movement.
