5 star video. I've been wanting to ap more often to help obtain my goals but work has really been draining me. It's like I have all the technique in the world to obtain my goals but no motivation. The thought of echart tolle in bed Ahhh. Thanks for this very uplifting as usual your honesty and searching are very refreshing. Making vids and commenting on you tube soon teaches you to respond in a less aggressive manner to all the trolls. I have been pulled into ridiculous arguments a few times and your right it does become an ego clash and now i avoid such behaviour. Love and peace Stephen
Funny you would say about being hypnotised, when you are, the whole room can disappear from you only, so all that we see is really an illusion, we create everything the moment we think, or anticipate it, your vibration of the frequency shows you what you think before the thought is finished, your the light bringer, you shine on the matter, the matter accepts your light, but returns the light to you, so you can see that which you manifested,
I love falling asleep to a good audio book ! . . . Another fun thing is to listen until attention is no longer on the words but on the underlying sound - vibration - until it is coursing through the whole body and you begin to experience yourself AS it. Whew! Mmmmm...
