~ I watched this last night. The Punisher himself rocked as well as the action sequences! but the character of Jigsaw sucked ass big time. There was too much unnecessary campy comic relief from him almost ruining the whole movie, leaving me with mixed emotions on if I liked it or not?!

 As for the last one...I think Travolta would have made a better punisher than Tom Jane...plus... the story line was much better in the first...As for the new one...It is hard to concider it a sequal...And I cant help but feel that they were trying to capitalize on the succuss of the Latest Dark Knight movie...

Watch the other trailer...the red line trailor to see its brutality then all of you will be singing a different toon! This punisher movie is the darkest yet darker than batman. The character fits the role perfectly from the comics and did I mention that its an R rating

The shot in the neck thing was probably referring to the turtleneck, as in "a bulletproof collar is good because you wouldn't want to get shot in the neck" type thing. It's part of modern body armor. You'll see alot of troops have them attached to their body armor in news photos.
