Apple has the perfect opportunity to make a detachable controller for their devices. Im sure they can make a way to make all the devices fit (cept iPad) and if not. at least open the door for 3rd parties to make something. Realracing. Cod zombies. Battlefield. And the expanse of new games that would support the controller add-on. It doesn't make sense to me why one isn't already out

@birdman3878 Actually, the psp has better graphics than the ipod... Look at God of War: Ghost of Sparta, Monster Hunters portable. Can an Ipod run a God of War game? I think its possible, but it hasn't been done... Oh and btw, the psp2 comes out next year. It will crush the ipod touch.

Wow its impressive how ignorant people is. Unreal 3 engine requires SHADER MODEL 3.0 which cant be processed by an iphone processor, no one can deny that it looks amazing but its not even close to unreal 3 engine, its an engine in the middle of SM 1.0 and 2.5 under DX9

@josepippo Alright, point taken. I agree with that, yes. The UE3 made for the PC is obviously too powerful to be run on an iDevice. Though EG is able to make adjustments to UE3 and make it possible to run on these little devices. You can argue it's not UE3 anymore, but EG says it is, it is. You can't argue with them. They did it, not you. Side not, you should apologise to Akirabone, you've wronged him. He was agreeing with you. Unless you're also saying the the first edition of UE is impossible.

Yes its true i couldnt argue about it being UNREAL ENGINE because they said it was developed with UDK they claim it has UE3 features, like map-bump. Shader model 3 requires processing capabilities that this hardware cant meet, according to my experience the textures (pixel shader) are from a UE2, dont beleive me judge it by yourself compare THIS to Killing floor (UE2) and compare with Batman Arkham

@matey27 Call of Duty is just lousy, dated, linear garbage. The AI sucks, it's a total core-door shooter that has just lousy graphics and gameplay. Each new game, they just re skin the guns, but recycle the scripts for accuracy and other stuff. Play a game like Crysis is you want to see a true technical masterpiece.

Theres no real-time shadows in the demo.. the trees that sway around dont cast a moving shadow meaning that the shadows and lights are painted on the textures. Can anyone confirm this? The textures look great though. Just no real time lighting effects.. I want to see Day and night dynamic lighting.

Are you fucking serious? Owned? The iPad isn't in HD. Nor is the iPhone 4.

In order for something to be considered HD, it must be 720p, or 1080p (real HD). For it to be HD, its screen must be 1,280×720 pixels. The iPhone 4 is 960x640, with the iPad being 1024x768. They're not HD.

And The Wii is very old, I admit that. It can still run a game on a higher graphical stand than the iPhone (why? Because it can handle real character models without the game stuttering to a point of frustration).

@asomeman1223 It's a smartphone. It's one of those things that are basically mini computers. Of course it's going to make a console that uses technology FROM 2001 seem pathetic. The tech the iPhone 4 uses is from 2010.

Like I said, the Wii is underpowered. It uses old technology. The iPhone 4 is new technology, in no way behind. However, the iPhone is strong for a reason; it's UI uses a LOT of power. Notice how a Wii takes forever to go back to the menu? It uses its power for gaming.

@asomeman1223 The iPhone, on the other hand, runs its OS at all times. That's why Citadel runs like crap while other apps are open. The more things it runs, the more power it uses, the slower the game gets.

That's why I'm repeatedly saying this; add 3 character models, and the thing will slow down. It looks impressive, but it isn't a game just yet. The Wii could do this, it really could. Even with enemy AI and characters.

Get that through your damn head. It looks pretty, but that's it.

It's textures of the environments aren't as good looking, but the game has actual models.

Other games that look great are Metroid Prime 3, Dead Space, The Last Story, Xenoblade, and the Conduit.

And the reason Call of Duty Wii looks like shit is because it's a half assed port.
