Bow D...you gave away the secret breading....Adding parma/Reggio to the bread crumbs is the way you get that perfect crust...Damit, now everyones gonna have our secret....Your the first vid ive seen that makes that dish like me...Looks great gonna make that tonight...Ciao...
@bowhunter2439 That was taught to me when i was little ...I'm a second generation Italian..My grand father came over in 1910 from Reggio/Calabria, I'm a Calabrese from the tip of da boot..
Whaddya mean you're only making this for "two"? I heard your kid in the background talking with your wife. Which one doesn't get to eat? Ha ha. This is great. Much more entertaining and informative than Food Network! I liked the beginning "one handed" prep technique. Man, your wife must love having you make all these great dishes. And I LOVE that you use Romano cheese. Dayum! I was stuffed from dinner before watching this, and now, seven and a half minutes later, I'm all hungry again!
yep...WOW is the word...that looks so good...love the stuff...a friend of mine works for the east cove eatery..and brings me some chicken parm once and a while.....this a great video. thumbs up
your sauce / gravy looks great, homemade? Got a vid on that?

Test your oil to see if it's hot enough by sticking your finger in it... and when your finger throbs is how you know it's hot enough? OUCH! :''(
