  • Los demás mediocres de latinoamerica ni conocen el grupo. Penosos.

  • Como siempre, CHILE, el país más rockero. Apenas 15 millones y marcamos mas que muchos. Proporcionalmente más que todos. Que grande somos.

  • happy the man make me a happy man

  • That´s it, Great Song´s, make me Happy :-)

  • great vid and song

  • Holy fucking prog, this song is rocking. This is one of the best tunes I've listened to in a while. Thanks, man.

  • guy below me is totally wrong .. this song is AWESOME. happy the man .. one of the best bands ever. awesome video, too

  • el video no importa solo la musica

  • great band!

    thanks

  • Awesome clip... the HTM tune fits perfectly into this 4-bit & 8-bit (even a little of 16-bit ) video game jungle, the old game advertisements are a bonus!! At 1.38 it looks like "1942" or "1943" and therafter, at 1.39, it looks like Super Spy Hunter. There's Wrestlemania at 2.14... Great work, this video's truly a gem!

  • you are wrong, at 1:39 is Vice project doom, nes game. you are right about the feeling of the song! cheers.

  • Oh ok... i thought that was Super Spy Hunter, it looked a lot like a certain stage from that game...thanks for the info and ... Happy The Man New Year ;)

  • this is like some pink floyd video message how awesome ! !! ***** stars and fav.

  • Here is "Service with a Smile"!!!

  • Saw these guys at Cellar Door in DC in the 70s. A treat it was :> I give you "Service with a Smile"!

  • Great song!

  • This is the stuff! Had the original LP's in the late 70's. Gone now, I'm afraid.

  • Happy the Man is awesome. The song fitted perfectly. Great video!

  • I don't remember leaving this comment at all I was probably drunk when I did because that really makes no sense at all this is a great video.

  • That was wicked, and the "game over" topped it off. nice 1, your inspiring me!!!

  • Beyond Awesome, A great video that reminds of the great games of yesterday. Personally, I hope all of these games will be in the "library" of classic games available for download when Nintendo Wii launches!

  • YES!!! Airwolf! i love that game :2

  • Cool video, I really liked it.

  • i liked the song

  • Thank you for tellig me about the videso.

    I enjoyed that!

  • Very nice video. :)

  • Retro gaming rules!

  • But not with this filthy arrogant "director" of course.

  • Ahhh... Fyi... It says DIRECTOR because he's paying youtube to post videos and to be featured in the opening pages. ^^''

  • that was really awesome

  • Very nice composition. Video and music "mood" assembles perfectly. Thanks for the advice to watch it!

  • nice

  • It was like seeing the evolution of mankind... in videogame form.

    Great job...

  • Oh,nice retro sense.

  • Yay you put world runner in it! I remember putting on the 3D glasses.

  • Nice clip! I love Missile Command and Sonic.

  • Awesomeness.. That clip of pitfall what cool, long time since I've played that game..

  • Awsome clip i really enjoyed it but i did not like the music.

  • I recalled good old time.

    It is very wonderful!

  • This gets 5 stars because of Vice: Project Doom for NES having some spotlight time alone. A sweet game many people have never heard of. Definitely a hidden gem.

  • Oh snap! City Connection! Thanks for PMing me about this Jake

  • Yeah I got the PM too. City Connection's quite a game huh?

  • it was nice.

  • Nice selection of games to represent the 8-bit era, but how could you possibly leave out CastleVania?!

  • Nice video...

That old times... and old memories...

  • hehehe... pong rocks !

  • 1980's Atari Tempest still holds strong to this day.

Then again, it's Atari. What did you expect? =)

  • I picked the clips to go with the song, not the other way around.

  • @frinkmhey the song is epic, and works well with the video

  • Very nice, posted on the home page of Destructoid today

  • wow, there was only 4 games on there I couldn't name. I'm glad you threw in wizzards and warriors. Music was good to, but a litle nostalgic.. I almost cried.

  • thanks for linking me here.. i enjoyed it alot

the only thing that bothered me was the 80's video rip quality of the commercials and pre-nes games. though i am aware that this cannot be helped. it is but a small grievance.

  • Wicked. NES era was the best though.

  • very nice

  • Hey... that's cool! =]

  • Great vid. Love the atmosphere in it.

And a very nice soundscore too! :D

  • Wow, very impressive editing.

I came for the "Pac-man" video game link, but the Happy The Man song was a bonus !

    Bravo !

  • Ok the Sonic at the end ruined it thanks for nothing.

  • Awesome video. I love that it featured Super Mario Bros. 3; the game was in "The Wizard".

  • Nicely done. I'll probably be one of the very few who come to this more for Happy The Man than for the video games, although I am plenty fond of both. The combination seems to make a more potent memory trigger than either alone. Strangely affecting for me. Both the song and I are from the generation of the earliest arcade games and home game systems in your video. I also have some homebrew music videos of my own here.

  • Cool!!! =)

  • Wow! I even didn't know them all *blush*

  • This brightened my day. Nice work!
