hey i have been looking for something exactly like this for our husky, by chance where did you pick this up at? i found one on dog.com but it didnt look like it would hold the food too well
it's not a trick. It's a ball filled with kibble that she rolls around to get the kibble out. It is, however, a trick that you can teach your dog to do fairly easily, I just don't think they would continue to roll it around for hours like this ;)
oh ok :) Yeah, it works really well for her and I use a Buster Cube for my other dog, Roland. The Buster Cube is the same idea as the ball, only it can't be rolled to get the food out so it has to be solved another way. Only problem with the cube is that sometimes Roland will get quite enthusiastic about it and start throwing it into walls and doors and things!
so cute! ^_^ I have a small dog named Brutus, He's half Chiwuawua and Half Maltice.. I have a ball i caught from marti gras that he just loves but he doesn't push it like your dog, he 'attacks' it and it flys across the room and he chases it and he does that for hours! lol
it dosent wrk a think every dog is different my husky al give in after 20 mins n js sits n howls lol

i think is because the sound that the ball makes when it roll, it sounds like there's dry dog food inside.

yes it is a ball but its one of those food reward balls if he wasn't getting a treat out of it he would not be doing it. i still love how cute he is
