All I am reading in these comments are moronic BJ Penn fans trying to make excuses to make it seem like Penn could have won that match. There is ABSOLUTELY no way that Penn won. BJ won the first round 10-9, Fitch won the 2nd round 10-9 (takedown totals were close, if not even, and every time BJ got Fitch to the ground Fitch defended then ended up on top pounding BJ) and Fitch won the third round 10-8, and it shouldve been stopped in the 3rd anyway because BJ stopped defending several times.

If BJ just went head hunting it would have been a worse result of Frankie-Penn, so it was smart he learned to change it up. If BJ wants a career revival, he'll continue to wrestle, which gets you naturally strong and helps with cardio when you get used to pushing all that weight around.
