@Petsy2006 It`s totally Kazakh national dance, called Swan because this animal is a totem of Kazakh people. Even the "KAZ" itself means swan. So if you were good in Russian ballet or Kazakh dance you would`t write such things!

Yes, her name is written in the video: 马依热 艾买提江 (mayire ???, I don't know how to write her last name in english). But are you sure she is kazakh? I saw her biography in a forum which said she is uygur born in urumqi, xinjiang.
The music is Kazakh's traditional music, Kazakh's dancers have already performed this dance for many times, so that this Kazakh music became very famous in Xinjiang China; there are many nationalities in Xinjiang China, some of them are mixed, sometimes it's difficult to know that they are Kazakh or other nationalities.
I saw her picture being interviewed in tencent office that she wore uyghur hat. So that means she might be an uyghur, but I believe she is, as she have more caucasoid look than mongoloid look as kazakhs mostly have. Also, most pictures of her (although not many) showed her wearing uyghur traditional dress. Although she ever did some kazakh dances but that doesn't mean she is kazakh too. Also, I'm sure there is no prohibition for any non-kazakhs to perform kazakh dance in xinjiang.
