This video sucks, but last few seconds looked interesting. However, I am an astronomer and when all you see is a blinking light, you say all I see is a blinking light. No matter how odd it seems. Just the facts please~ So I would say this vodeo is not proof. FYI Yes I have seen flying saucers but if the were military or alien, IDK. Day time sighting. I'm an open mided skeptic. Most of what you see is city lighs on the ground going by as the orbiter passes over, and that last bit could be space debris that is rolling or spining and catchin the sun's light and making it appear to pulsate. I would like to know though.
