I can look around and tell you black love isn't dead. One of my friends who graduated a year earlier her and husband had a baby this year. He's in the military so got married right out of high school. My cousin and his black fiance is getting married this month two days after Xmas and my parents are celebrating twenty years next year. It's more couples in my family also at my school FAMU an HBCU, the brothers and sisters love each other out there.

Well, my whole take on it is it's easy to be positive when positive things happen in your life. For me and my single friends no love exists, black or otherwise. Some women are having a very difficult time finding that someone and it only gets worse the older you are. This couple met in college and if you don't marry your highschool or college sweetheart, you're pretty much out of luck. Love is love whether I find it with a black man or someone else. I have a great relationship with a string black man and we are so honest and open with each other and we are in college alsooooo!!!! we need a movie of why did i get married (not knocking any one) but movies of people like me and @sukkafree2323 of inspiring young love (give some hope)

I can look around and tell you black love isn't dead. One of my friends who graduated a year earlier her and husband had a baby this year. He's in the military so got married right out of high school. My cousin and his black fiance is getting married this month two days after Xmas and my parents are celebrating twenty years next year. It's more couples in my family also at my school FAMU an HBCU, the brothers and sisters love each other out there.

Well, my whole take on it is it's easy to be positive when positive things happen in your life. For me and my single friends no love exists, black or otherwise. Some women are having a very difficult time finding that someone and it only gets worse the older you are. This couple met in college and if you don't marry your highschool or college sweetheart, you're pretty much out of luck. Love is love whether I find it with a black man or someone else. Best wishes to this lovely couple.

I came home yesterday after spending hours away from home working on my Masters degree. My husband fed me and our children, then insisted that I go to bed to sleep. When I woke up, I found flowers on the kitchen counter for me. This morning, he told me how proud he is of me. We've been married for 13 years. I love my husband so much. black love surely does exist. Look at me! I went to college too and got my bachelors as well as I am a certified pharmacy tech. My husband shares the house duties w/me and helps raise the baby - and I know a lot of couples just like us. Whoever said black love doesn't exist is an idiot!
