Students mainly begginers are much more visual so I think u would improve ur classes exploring more some board, some pics and so on.... Even if they are false begginers, its better for their comprehension.

The video is clear and understandable for us who already know English and are related to the English jargon he uses to explain this tense... people need to be trainned in how to use the language, not to know about the language , it's us teachers who are to know "about" language...
