Is this rom actually playable and can be downloaded?
Im guessing not since the samples sound so clear, it must use a PC based engine!
If GTA actually came out in the 80s for the NES and was something similar to that vid, it would of being so unbelievably revolutionary for that period! Not that it wasnt revolutionary for the decade that followed it!

Yeah, it runs on PC, but attempts to emulate the look and feel of a NES game as best we could (without using an emulator, we only had a couple of weeks to make it, so we werent going to do it all in actual NES z80 assembly code). ;)
That fuzzy-TV effect really happens in-game, to simulate playing in the 80's on a portable TV. ;)

Yeah, I tried to reply with a link about five times before I figured why it wasn't working. It would have helped if it showed an error saying "no links please" or something. It even failed if I replaced the dots and slashes with 'DOT' & 'SLASH'.
