He's not cheating at all. If you run fast enough, you can run over holes. Those warp tubes DO exist in the locations shown. Whoever is playing is simply pro. All the jumps are perfect.

This was the defining moment in video game consoles to me. When I, first, got my NES Christmas of 1986, and I popped this game in my life changed! Just brings me back to being 10 years old and playing this until I fell asleep lol

Sadly, I first played this game on the arcade after I first expirienced playing as Mario in Super Mario World for the SNES. But the simple, yet challenging levels, as well as the catchy music, were enough to bring back memories of watching my parents play SMB as a baby on the NES, as well as the day I spent my first quarter on the arcade to play it. Many people say they can't remember nothing as babies, but my first memory as a baby was Mario. Mario is truely the King of Gaming, hands down.
