  • The Citation's were a group from Bay View High School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. That is Ted Casper on lead guitar. The single was released in 1963 (I believe). The reverse side is Slippin n Slidin. It was originally released on Paragon label which I believe was local to the Milwaukee area.
