sainty did doohan want to do that , he had the backing of the works honda team , getting paid loads a money , and passing on his years and years of gp riding , he certainly had the money , a shed load more than foggy , like i said you believe foggy to be the better rider i beleive doohan is , one mans meat an all that fella !! ( both top riders though )

sainty ???? how many world crowns did foggy win compared to doohan ???? doohan had a really bad crash at jerez i think in 91 then came back and still kicked arse , look at the records cos they dont lie , and as for the toseland comment , why does one english man slate another ??? there on the same side , foggy was riding dukes etc.. kitted up road bikes ok very very good road bikes running approx 190 bhp at the time while doohan was riding the big bang two strokes pushing out 220 230 bhp

well i used to think that foggy was the best in the world in his day wsb etc.. etc.. but then a watched an interview with him saying how he never got into gp racing as there was no compettion in it??? more like there was a little ozzy bloke by the name of mick doohan who would of kicked his arse. foggy one of britains best but not king carl.he even slated toseland last week, why??? he aint doing that bad in his rookie season

I disagree, he got the brakes into WSB, Hizzys biggest mistake was not to have a manager, however he still set pole at Donnington WSB and his lap was also inside Rossis' lap record... As for tracks being where the money is, it is nowadays but 10 years ago there wasn't the sponsorship in bike racing that there is today and the good money was in roads

We used to stay in the same hotel as Hizzy on the IOM, he never bought a round of drinks, was that why he never had a manager because he was so tight. I think some people are just unlucky in racing and maybe he was one of them.
