Great video but how do you save it too look like a picture without the lines that you painted to bring out the things like mouth,ears,nose,eyes. Mine looks good if I can save it too look like a picture and not a painting.

I have a little area where I get stuck...I love this tutorial and the first couple of times I tried it, it worked perfectly. Now for some reason I get to the point when I add the layer mask with a white palette and black as the foreground, however then when I go to paint (airbrush) around the eyes, hair, mouth etc. it do not paint...nothing happens at all. What am I doing wrong? What makes it more frustrating is that I did have it working and the results wowed me and now nothing!

It didn't work for me D: .. Maybe i did something wrong?, after i do gausion blur and all those thing , i get like a black layer above my background and i can delete it like you sayed with painting with black colour ... but it won't get smooth i followed and did this 3 times O.o can you help me ?

i use photoshop but i hate people that go overboard in magazines that give teenage girls a false sense of beuty they see these stunning women in these magazines but its all photoshop and now my girl friend thinks she is ugly but she isn't i only use photoshop to do basic retouch so changing hair colour and changing eye colour for my friends.

Alright, i will try to trouble shoot the problem. The first part people usually mix up is your not brushing on the mask... Make sure you click on the make before brushing to make sure your on the right layer. The other trick is to make sure your painting in the right color. You want to make sure your foreground color is the opposite of your mask color. So in this case the mask is white so the foreground color should be black. Let me know if this does the trick
