Acctually you don't need to buy an ac adapter for the SNES just use the one on the N64 trust me it really works

@TheBPGAMER no it doesnt..... the ac adapter could not possible work for snes, the av cables however do if thats what you mean, and i did use those for a time

How come you had to cut the controller port out? :? (just curious)

They were incased in plastic and couldnt be removed unless i cut the controller ports a little to remove them.

i removed the ports on mine by pulling the part that connects to the mother board out

no like i said inside under the plastic it is incased in a circle of plastic, i tried looking at the motherboard but it didnt look like a clip on/off

You know what, I actually take back what I mentioned earlier. I made a mistake.

The controller ports are actually encased in the plastic for good. The only other way that I can see in taking them out is to desolder the controller port wires from the circuit board.

While desoldering is not hard to do, it can be a hassle. Cutting them out is a better idea unless you care about maintaing the classic NES look, lol.

Lego Nintendo, the only 8-bit system made out of Legos. ;)

Nevermind, I actually made a mistake. Cutting out the plastic is actually a better idea. The only other way would be to desolder the wires from the circuit board, and that can be a hassle.

Well actually if i would have been smart about cutting them out then they wouldnt fall back in, and there is onother panel that hides the cuts so it still all looks the same after you cut them
