  • I like the training idea, but the hang power cleans are not very well done. not utilizing that explosion.

  • @pumabooma Thanks for the feedback - you have a sharp and discerning eye! you definitely do not want to use these hang cleans as a model for "excellent" or even "ok" HPCs.

    This vid is just to demonstrate the progression.
