  • as a united fan can i just say that your ballad is one of integrity and heart felt pride. well done to fans like you who continue to fight for the forgotten. As we say here in ireland "Go n-eiri a ainm" which means god bless their names. Well done. you are a credit to your football club and your community.

  • Always remembered, never forgotten.

    You'll never walk alone.

  • Gerrard's cousin was Jon-Paul Gilhooley. He was the youngest to die at Hillsborough, for he was only 10. Gerrard has stated himself that he plays for Jon-Paul.

In an interview with him before the match against Chelsea:

...Hillsborough is on my mind every day of my life because I lost a member of my family there....for people connected to this club the tragedy will never ever be forgotten....it should be a time that Liverpool Football Club remembers the people who were lost and their families.

  • Very nice tribute! R.I.P. :(

  • Nice tribute my friend.

It was a sad day for many but their memory lives on.
