When I heard that Accept was getting back together without Udo, I though that this was going to be another David Reece incident, and that it would fail. After watching these video clips, Mark will be an excellent front man for Accept.

I just went to the ACCEPT show 4 days ago and I had a blast!

I have been listening to these guys for more than 20 years and they

blew me away!! The new songs are amazing and they do sound like ACCEPT.

Mike is a fantastic frontman and fits perfectly to the band.

They treated the crowd here in Helsinki with 26 songs,new ones and classics.

Thank you guys for all these years and for what is to come.

I think Tornillo is a much better fit than David Reece was - more Udo-like. Reece is a good singer but the point then was to be more commercial. Now the goal is to get back to the classic Accept style and Tornillo fits as well as anybody BUT Udo would. And to me Wolf Hoffman and Peter Baltes are equally as important as Udo to the Accept style. Udo didn't want to do it, he's busy with U.D.O. and so let him do that, but why shouldn't Wolf and Peter revive Accept if they want?

Udo was the last remaining founding member of the band. Baltes, Hoffman and Frank never were founding members.

The thing is: The singer was, is and will always be the poster child of the band. A lot of people will think of the singer if they think of a certain band. And switching the singer can either make the band (Black Sabbath after Ozzy left, Helloween, Judas Priest when Halford joined them) or break it (Iron Maiden with Bayley, Judas Priest with Owens, Accept with Reece). So yes, maybe they wrote all the stuff. But when people thing Accept, most of them will think of the "troll of a singer".
