First it would never happen... Because the tactic would involve the majority of Americans. Secondly, it lacks controversy not allowing for debate, However the government could and does impose the tariffs on a smaller portion of citizens, the Farmers. They do so in more discreet ways. That does give rise to controversy, but once again they have divided the population into minority verses majority. the only reason fda is against e cigs is because how much profite cigs bring overall. i fyou think about it. more people use cigs than ecigs and when mor epeople find out about e cigs and start to like them. and how many "thousands of cancer causing " chemicals they are preventing from entering their lungs, the fda will of course try to oppose the ecigs because of MONEY alone. E cigs are of course beter than any regular cig. FDA opposes it because its an investiment. e cigs will win.
