  • I swear Marie is a spitting image of girl I used to work with who was one of my best friends. She's from Jersey too. Man I miss her! lol.

  • That's exactly what I do! I get away from the computer, turn on the radio and shake my booty to it...basically. I'm in my last year of school and so can't commit to a sport's team due to lack of time......but dancing works just as well! :) So, yeah, try it ladies!

  • Great suggestions! Most of all, freakin hilarious. Thanks for the advice, and the laugh. ("We're here ta letchya know...") WERK iiit!

  • Your body is a sweet little pharmacy! I LOVE THAT!

  • Love it!!! :)

  • I love this Marie, I feel like I am the constant exercise pusher, recommending my clients regularly move their body! Thanks for making it business friendly too!

  • @mwald1966 you are welcome ;)

  • Marie looks straight out of Jersey Shore at 2:38, though hahaha

  • just came across a video on DocMikeEvans channel called "23 and 1/2 hours: What is the single best thing we can do for our health?" which backs your video with some data and if you put financial value to the disease you can avoid with exercise you'll start straight away in order to start saving money!

  • @AlineKellinghusen love it!

  • Hi! Love this weeks video. Made a video response yesterday. Hope it went thru. Thanks!

  • @abundantlivingtoday cool - I'll look for it ;)

  • Not Fatal Attraction, BASIC INSTINCT is more like it, ;)

Thanks for the tip. I am getting up earlier to include my exercise and yet, I find myself on days I don't wake up, looking for an excuse to do squats when nobody is watching. And my butt thanks me for it.

  • @AvidDivaofficial Yes yes!!!

  • I bike everywhere- store, work, library, clients, studio lab. Exercise and transport all in one.

  • Great Tip! You always manage to make me laugh!! Thumbs Up! :-)

  • @GripSOCIAL :)

  • I am lucky. I own a karate school so I started a kickboxing classes that I "join in" to stay in shape. It turned into a additional source of income. Also, I try to synergize exercise with other things. For example, I live close to my business. I walk my dogs there and get some work done then walk home. Work, exercise, and dog walk done. For someone really busy get involved in a High intensity interval training @ 12 minutes/ day. YouTube has a lot of great channels like Body Rock TV.

  • @trosanelli Body Rock is getting a lot of reco's - can't wait to check them out.

  • John Medina has great info on how much your brain needs exercise in his book "Brain Rules". Really a great read!

  • OMG...I had to shoot my own music video to this one and I dropped you a video response. Thanks Marie!!

  • No ma'am with that damn boogie body unitard pelvic thrust!! Lmao!

  • Hi, Marie! I love your advice!!! I use my indoor stair case and the mop, mopping my house twice. I take advantage of what I have at home.

Girl, you are so hilarious!!! You game me my first belly laugh of the day, THANK YOU! Have an awesome day, Jennifer :)

    PS Luv this also, 2:39 & 2:59 .
