@aeronca4022 Thanks for the question. Unfortunately the information you have is incorrect. Due to production issues we have not imported any of these since the first shipment. You may wish to ring around our dealers list listed on the M.E. website to see if there are any out there (1 lucky modeller did just that and found one of these rare kits). If we do get any more in they will be updated on our website
This was sent to us by a great you tube post on our other gypsy moth vid from directtopresident - "
14 hours ago I'm not upset; but David Boddington was flying single channel radio when BoB was made. He had just published "Tyro" in the UK and was begging/borrowing pulse proportional equipment. The modellers who did work to a frantic schedule (Mick Charles, Dave Platt, Jack Morton, Chris Olsen) would be able to set the record straight, but Mick has passed away. Ask Dave Platt" - thanks!
There seems to be conjecture as to boddiongton's involvement in B.O.B. if any one would like to clarify, I would be more than happy to post the reply. The videos already cut so I cannot alter it.
@aeronca4022 Thanks for your enquiry; O.S Engines recommends running 20x10, 22x8 props for the Dia Star IL-300 shown in this video. Running the engine inverted should not be an issue however, it is recommended to run the engine in "right way up" first and ensure the tuning settings are adjusted accordingly once the engine has been inverted.
Hi is it true you guys have this model available again? I have one already and will order another from my dealer if so.

Really really nice. What is the maximum size prop this can turn? Will it run inverted?

@xKmotx
Definitely a thing of beauty. Soon I will post the video of it flying around in that Gypsy Moth.
