I love my 8. I use it on runs, camping. I keep it in the car. I'm ALWAYS around WiFi in the city. Mine is black, like the one in the review. It goes places my smartphone would've dreamed. Smart. Great features. Cheepest for the added extras.

no it wont but you can open the media files with zune software which you need for a zune, it doesn't matter itunes sucks get the zune software it's the best.

my friend dropped his zune 80gb on the ground probably once a week. slidding out of his lap out the door onto the ground or just dropping it handing it to someone. its screen didnt ever get damaged, it got a few tiny scratches and STILL worked like it was brand new after a year of torture. zunes are built like tanks.

i got the 16 and i love it.. lots of space and it comes with the slim model of the 4 and 8 gb's.i've got 500 songs and like 4 movies onit and still have almost 14 gigs left. as long as your cool with the glossy front (just wipe it with ur shirt or sleeve and smudges go away)your good :)

it realy depends on what your using it for running id go with the 16. but if your watching mor vids or if its just for car rides and home and junk go with the 80, only about $30 more for lots more memory a bigger screen and with the marketplace app and zune pass you could actualy fill it up.

Microsoft could have made the screen touch sensitive but keep the design the same like on touch cell phones, for games and media...or even put in a selectable themes section or accelerometer support

You must thinking of Apple. They know that touch screens and gyroscopes are mere gimmicks that will give technophiles gigantic erections for two months before they get bored of playing around with their shiny iToys. With the Zune, Microsoft really invested time and energy where it counts: good tactile control, great sound quality and a nice subscription plan for the marketplace. What else do you REALLY need? The player looks great, sounds great and works great.
