all the arguments about these chefs...all i can say is ming tsai destroyed flay....and dog eater? seriously...to me thats not even an insult...some asians eat dogs...but thats just another protein...whats so "cruel" about it? if its farmed for food...then its ok to eat it....just like white guys eat pork...i dont think muslims appreciate that...but do u see them complaining? why does white people have to think that they are the superior ones...american education is on the down fall..fast

I became a pro Chef in 1999 and Ming is the reason why. He and his first show "East Meets West" inspired me to passionately love food preparation and how flavorful it can be when showcasing ingredients in their true simplicity. I knew he was gonna destroy Bobby when Duck was announced...Though Ming would win with any given protein. Chef Tsai will no doubt win "The Next Iron Chef" this season...They really should just give him the title and save the other nine "Master" Chefs the humiliation.
